The Ceremonies List

Organise all your ceremony commitments in one place. Show ceremonies by Name, Date, Time, Location, or Status with one click entry to the ceremony details or a new booking.

 

The Summary Screen

The summary and status of the ceremony at a glance. The screens are arranged in the order in which you would normally collect the information, with easy access via the icons across the top of the screen.

 

The Bride & Grooms Details

Groom and Bride' details are organised into separate tabs for Names, Addresses, Identity Documents, Parents, Previous Marriages, and Witnesses.

 

The NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage) screen

The NOIM screen is conveniently organised for the data required before and after the ceremony, allowing for the possibility of ONE celebrant handling the NOIM and another performing the ceremony. It caters for the celebrant(s), the date of completion of the form, related parties, and under age. The system validates that the dates and ages are correct.

 

The Checklist

The Checklist keeps track of all the information required for the NOIM and the Marriage Certificate, showing a green Tick where the information has been recorded and a red Cross where the information is still required. A invaluable check to ensure that nothing has been missed.

 

The NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage) Form

The NOIM can be printed complete with all the details, ready for signing, which looks very professional. You can enter the information after the couple have filled in the details, according to your preference, which keeps the data safe in the secure database, should you ever have a need to refer back to it.

 

The Official Certificate

The Official Certificate of Marriage can be printed complete with the declarations on the back. All the forms, certificates, and reports may be previewed before printing for a final check.

 

The Presentation Certificate

The Presentation Certificate of Marriage for the couples.  You can easily change the font to suit your, taste, or that of the couples.  Different batches of certificates are sometimes guillotined in not quite the same way as the your previous batch.  With Celebrant Assist, you can adjust the the alignment of the fields to suit the precise requirements of the pre-printed form.

Making my life easier

Saves a huge amount of time

Celebrant Assist is the best thing to happen for celebrants (both religious and civil) for quite some time. It saves a huge amount of time, as information has to be inserted only ONCE. Because certificates can be produced, and all records can be kept, the time saved really adds up.  It is user-friendly, and easy to get to know, and the after-sales service is excellent - I can't speak highly enough of this tool which is a must for all celebrants!
