How to do a simple data backup

This is a simple way to backup your data, using a memory stick. 

1.      Right Click on the “Start” button at the bottom left hand of the screen.

2.      Click on Explore.

3.      Open out the list of folders to “C:\Program Files\Celebrant Assist\db”

4.      Right-Click on CELA.data.1.02.Cad, Click Copy.

5.      Open up your memory stick and optionally select a folder to save it in.

6.      Right click, Save.

To restore your data, reverse the above process.

You can make this process simpler by creating a short cut to the database folder on your desktop, from which you can open the folder drag the data file onto your memory Stick.
